Total Soccer Training Academy (TST) strives to complement the efforts of school and club soccer teams by providing dedicated players
with an opportunity to invest time in the technical side of soccer. TST is committed to the progress and achievement of developing
players and believes that the training an individual receives at the Academy will in turn benefit teams and clubs.
TST Academy provides an intense and fun atmosphere separate from a player’s club or high school commitments. Players will take
part in soccer-specific programs to sharpen technique; to improve speed, agility, and coordination; to increase body strength.
Special attention is also given to each participant’s mental habits. The Academy will help players prepare for their season
and ultimately gain the confidence and character a player needs to enjoy and excel in the game of soccer.
